1. Program Overview

• Kikagoods Points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") are virtual rewards earned through eligible purchases, participation in promotional activities, or completion of designated tasks. Points hold no cash value and do not constitute financial instruments, legal tender, gift cards, or property in any jurisdiction.
  
• Points can only be redeemed for discounts, gifts, or specific benefits on the Kikagoods website and may not be combined across platforms or regions.
  

2. Points Usage Rules

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-sellable, non-giftable, non-inheritable, and non-exchangeable for cash. They may only be used by the account holder.
  
• Redemption options (e.g., 50 Points for a $2 discount) and available rewards may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
  
  

3. Liability Disclaimer

• Kikagoods reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points Program at any time, including but not limited to adjusting Point values, expiration periods, redemption rules, or discontinuing services in specific regions, without prior notice.
  
• If an account is involved in fraudulent activities (e.g., fake transactions, bot-generated orders), misuse (e.g., Points monetization), or violates the *Kikagoods Terms of Service*, Kikagoods may permanently freeze the Points and account without compensation.
  
• Kikagoods shall not be liable for:
  a) Loss of Points due to program adjustments, technical failures, or expiration;
  b) Redemption failures caused by user error or third-party channels (e.g., banks, payment platforms);
  c) Program termination due to changes in local laws or government actions.
  

4. Final Interpretation Rights

• Kikagoods retains the final right to interpret these terms, determine Point values, and resolve disputes.
  
• In case of disputes, Kikagoods’ decision shall be final.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Any disputes related to this Program must first be resolved through Kikagoods customer service channels.
